We’re based in Chewelah, Stevens County in Northeast Washington. We have been a part of the community here for over 30 years. Crisp & Co. is state licensed and has been active in real estate brokerage and development here since 2004.
We market all property types in our local area. Our range extends from the Spokane area to as far north as Kettle Falls, although our specialty is the Chewelah air park and golf course properties.

I have been involved in Real Estate, property management, and construction since the late 60’s and was licensed as an agent in the early 70’s. I later switched focus to Commercial Real Estate and ultimately opened my own brokerage in Spokane. After retiring and moving to Chewelah, Washington in 1992, I hand built our home and pursued my aviation hobbies. In 2004, I re-entered the Real Estate business and eventually went independent again in 2014 when I founded Crisp & Co.
